By use of rotating and bed knives the inserted media is completely destroyed within our Model 110 or Model 200 Disintegrators, with the size of the extracted debris being determined by the size of the holes in the security screen fitted within. The deployment of a 6mm screen within one of our machines will ensure that no particle bigger than 6mm x 6mm can be delivered.
Usually screen sizes vary from 12mm down to 6mm, but we have supplied as large as 16mm and as small as 3mm, which produces output roughly 2mm x 2mm, which is practically dust!
